David Vermiglio
Partner (CFO & CCO)
David oversees Lorient’s accounting, tax, reporting, and compliance functions. He was previously Vice President of Finance at Huron Capital Partners and a tax manager at Plante Moran. A CPA, he holds a BBA and MS in Accountancy from Loyola University Chicago.

David has the unique distinction of being an identical twin, co-owns a Detroit restaurant and bar, and proudly wears a vintage calculator watch. He values a culture where people roll up their sleeves and work directly with operators.
