Jordan Broome
Managing Partner
Jordan is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Lorient, where he partners with multi-site and service-oriented organizations to build the teams, systems, and operating infrastructure needed for scale. Before co-founding Lorient, he served as Vice President of Corporate Development at Almost Family, supporting major integration, expansion, and performance initiatives. His earlier experience includes acting CFO responsibilities at Home Care by Black Stone, advising services and technology organizations as an investment banker with Ziegler, and providing financial due diligence and restructuring advisory support at PricewaterhouseCoopers. He holds a B.S. in Accounting and Finance from Ithaca College.
Beyond The Bio
Jordan competed in the 400-meter dash throughout high school and college, a foundation that shaped the discipline, focus, and endurance he brings to helping organizations scale. A self-proclaimed “biggest nerd in the office,” he approaches challenges with curiosity, energy, and a genuine love of problem-solving, and often unwinds by playing the drums. He’s most energized when entrepreneurs see performance lift after new systems or solutions are put in place, moments that reinforce his belief in the impact of aligned structures, well-supported teams, and the steady progress that comes from a strong operating foundation.
