Justin is a Vice President on the Investment team, focused on healthcare services investments. He previously worked at Nautic Partners and Five Arrows Capital Partners and began his career as a healthcare investment banking analyst at Raymond James. Justin holds a BSBA in Finance from Washington University in St. Louis.

Justin swam competitively in college, is a devoted North Carolina Tar Heels fan, and is working toward the goal of completing a golf round while losing fewer balls. He values partnering with founders to build organizations capable of growing with consistency and scale.
