Carter is a Senior Associate on the Operations Team, supporting Talent Acquisition for Lorient’s portfolio companies. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) in Human Resource Management from Central Michigan University. Previously, he served as an Executive Search Consultant and Team Lead at a boutique search firm, directing executive recruiting engagements and managing a team of recruiters.

Carter’s wife is a registered nurse, which drives his appreciation for the healthcare industry. His favorite aspect of working at Lorient is collaborating with a team united by a shared passion for growth and for making a meaningful impact on healthcare.
